Mythodical Irish Setters of Ohio is pleased to offer an exciting litter in conjunction with Russell Irish Setters of Canada. 

 

The sire is Saeterelva’s Russell JH, a Norwegian Import from solid show and hunting stock of international flavour.  Russell is a dynamic, sound dog who possesses the excellent structure and hunting ability of his heritage.  Coming from a pedigree with many Norwegian and Irish Field Champions and Norwegian Show Champions with excellent health, Russell brings to the table the strong instincts and dual type that our breed was founded on.    Russell has his AKC derby points and is breaking out kindly – he will run in Adult field trial stakes this fall.  He has six CKC show points in limited showing.   With his biddable nature and drive to work this young dog should go far. 

 

The Dam of the litter is sporting group winner Can Ch Mythodical Russell’s Reba who is the result of a combination of solid North American Show and Field stock.  Reba herself is a beautiful example of our breed and needs just her majors to finish an AKC championship.  She has excellent run and strong point, and will be pursuing adult field trial work once she has finished in the show ring.   Reba has a lovely temperament and is exceptionally easy to live with.
